He’s the driving force behind Bunbury’s newest bottle shop – now located at Mojo’s. A boutique small-batch bottle shop that focuses on wines from the Geographe region. It also features an eclectic range of natural and low-intervention wines and craft beer from small, hard-to-find producers.
Chris Mitchell – Head Chef.
Chris was former head chef at several award-winning restaurants in the UK and, more recently, worked at Voyager Estate and Wills Domain. Chris plans to bring modern Australian cuisine to the menu that utilises home-grown produce sourced from the restaurant’s network of organic growers as well as its own garden.
